Try Safari/Clear History and website data.
Appears that fixed the problem. It also appears the duration of the fix problematic. Guess I should apply it every week or so.
I have to do it about once a week. Sometimes, in less than 7days. Based on limited testing, it appears to be the cookies that are causing the problem.
I have had this happen on 2 devices at the same time scrolling the same site, also does this when scrolling the amazon app
You might want to consider starting a new discussion. Since this one is marked solved, less people are likely to look at it. A new post would be much more visible. You can link to this one.
If it is the same website, it may be a problem with the website.
